  Absolutely appalling service, DO NOT RECOMMEND. After a 15min wait while watching only 1/5 staff serve customers, I was rudely greeted by a staff member who everyone had been avoiding and I soon found out why.
  
  She began with incorrectly changed crucial information without permission or request for both my Debit and Saving accounts (still haven't been able to resolve this as she somehow locked my information and as a result, I have been unable to pay for desired items in a timely fashion). After 5 straight minutes of frustration, she refused to serve me and insisted I wait for another staff member because she was upset with my attitude. Why the attitude? Because she was rude, almost disabled my account and incorrectly changed information.
  
  Baffled by her behaviour and absolute negligence for manners, I walked out the door and left. Unfortunately, I was in a state where I only thought to ask for her name and ask for a manager after I had left.
  
  I am quite willing to stay with ANZ as a whole (hoping I can resolve the issues soon). But with that said, I DO NOT intend to re-visit this branch and recommend that no-one go to this branch.
  
  DO NOT VISIT THE CARRINDALE BRANCH (Rude, Slow, In-Experienced).
