    Majority of staff are dreadfully dismissive, rude and just completely disinterested in delivering any customer service. Shocking store to deal with.
    Having had absolutely no help from staff when enquiring about an item listed on the shops stock, with it being available, I was continuously told by one girl it's not available at the price advertised, that being $35.00 but instead $50.00. I tried telling her this was a completely different item but she had no interest in going further so I hung up and tried head office, customer service. What a joke. Phoned 3 times, left messages requesting a call back, as advised by the front girl. Nothing. So phoned back again twice and endured the horrific hold music with both calls for 15 mins and 22 mins, then gave up after continually being told "I'm afraid all the operators are busy at the moment but please hold until someone becomes available", which NEVER happened.
    Time to shop elsewhere.
